Superbills may also be available for other insurances. Please verify prior to attending intake appointment.
Private Pay is available to anyone requesting to pay out of pocket.

There will be a 3% credit card processing fee.
Late Cancellation Fee:
Your scheduled therapy appointment is a time specifically set aside for you. All notifications of cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All No-Show’s or Late Cancellations will be charged a late fee per occurrence.
